- Support project teams with drawings, technical studies, and coordination. Ensure design and execution align with Core’s quality standards.
- 3–5 years of experience in finishing and fit-out works.
- Lead procurement activities by sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers for finishing and fit-out projects. Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- 3–5 years of experience in finishing and fit-out works.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and developing tailored solutions that reflect Core’s expertise.
- 7–12 years of experience in finishing and fit-out works.
- Design, supervise, and implement electrical systems for fit-out projects. Ensure compliance with safety standards and efficient MEP integration.
- 3–5 years of experience in finishing and fit-out works.
- MEP background required.
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems in fit-out projects. Deliver high-quality solutions that ensure functionality and sustainability.
- 5–7 years of experience in finishing and fit-out works.
- MEP background required.
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and manage resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Provide insights to improve project performance.
- 5–7 years of experience in finishing and fit-out works.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, ensuring technical accuracy and competitiveness. Collaborate with project teams to secure successful bids.
